Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months Maternity Cover)

Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, Surrey (CR3 0GG), just outside of Croydon.

Hybrid working pattern, with Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office, remaining hours from home.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Finance. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of financial processes, working with sales, cash, banking and reconciliation data across our Retail, Online and Partnership channels.

The role

Reporting to the Financial Accountant, you'll play a key role in ensuring sales and cash transactions are accurately reconciled and recorded across the business.

• Downloading, handling and importing financial data from multiple sources
• Reconciling sales and cash transactions across Retail and Online channels
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies, escalating issues where needed
• Supporting month-end processes, including journals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate cash, receivable and payable records
• Processing customer refund adjustments and related journals
• Assisting with reporting and administration activities across the Finance team
• Building positive relationships with stores, banks and internal stakeholders
• Responding to finance-related queries in a timely and professional manner
• Champion the Ann Summers values: acting as a role model in everything you do.
