A great opportunity has become available in our Tech team for an Integration Team Leader to join the AS family. We’re on the lookout for someone with experience in an integration and leadership role, who has a real hands-on management style and the ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver results.

A bit about the role…

* Successfully manage the Integration Team within the Tech Department
* Ensure the successful operation of the IT Integration Team through planning, design, development, and deployment of efficient integration interfaces and services
* Apply high levels of communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to resolving system issues
* Keep the IT Development and Operations Manager up to date with issues or problems
* Develop code to a high standard and in accordance with the software development lifecycle
* Produce detailed roll out and back out documentation for projects and system enhancements
* Thoroughly unit test development or system enhancements
* Liaise with end users to understand and gather the development requirements for small changes and bug fixes
* Ensure development plans, training, and feedback is provided to all team members

We’re looking for someone who has:

* Previous experience in Integration and a leadership role
* The ability to lead by example, earn team members trust and respect
* Strong customer-service orientation
* A natural flair for leading by example, inspiring colleagues to do their best
* Excellent communication skills, able to build effective relationships at all levels
* Strong commercial awareness and exceptional attention to detail
* A ‘make it happen’ approach and enjoys a fast pace and dynamic environment
* Genuine care for what they do and how well they do it
* An affinity with our brand and is an authentic ambassador of our people values
