We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Project Manager to join our evolving Tech team, and support in the delivery of our ambitious plans.

With a team of over 20 people, our Tech team is the “pulse” for enabling the success of the business. Our roadmap over the next 3 years is exciting and extensive, and to achieve the goals we have in our sights, we need to build upon our existing team of talented tech experts. The growth in the team will be unprecedented, and full of opportunity for everyone that joins to truly make their mark in the business.

The role…

As Project Manager you will deliver successful business transformation, projects and product delivery, driving specific and measurable business benefits using standard governance to support the company vision and strategy.

* Support the Business Transformation Team to deliver the company and department strategy as well as continuous improvements of products.
* Work within the standard Business Transformation and Project Management methodology adopted by the brand, enabling agile, effective, and successful delivery of change, proactively contributing to structured continual improvement of the standards.
* Ensure all relevant standard documentation and reporting as a project manager is completed to the standard agreed for the Project. Such documentation to include Business Case, Requirements, Project Brief, PID’s, Steering presentations and RAID logs etc.
* Create and maintain accurate Project Plans to control Projects. Ensure these plans also provide enough information to provide clarity on the status of the project to all stakeholders.

* Ensure change demand is captured and managed through the full project lifecycle with appropriate tailored governance applied to allow sufficient understanding of the functional and non-functional requirements or As-Is / To-Be processes to allow delivery within agreed timescales, cost, and quality.
* Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and promote the benefit of standard change governance.
* Manage Projects within agreed Cost, Time, and Quality tolerances, escalating to the project board where appropriate.

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Experienced as a Project Manager with proven results
* Organised, with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
* Highly self-motivated, with keen attention to detail
* Able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
* Applies best practice with a touch of pragmatism
* Enjoys accountability, is proactive and manages own workload
* Leads by example, earns team members trust and respect
* A real team player with flexible and collaborative approach
* Builds positive and constructive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
* Objective and effective decision making, underpinned by facts and data
* Focuses on delivering best possible outcome, adding value for the business and the customer
* Has a positive and proactive approach to identifying and resolving risks and challenges
