Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, Surrey (just 15 minutes outside of Croydon, easily commutable from London)

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Administrator, someone with a great work ethic and exceptional attention to detail, who takes genuine pride in their work. This person will play a key role, providing essential support to the payroll team ensuring efficiency and accuracy, and delivering a seamless service to the department and wider business.

The role…

You’ll be working as part of a highly motivated, friendly, and supportive payroll team, who manage high volume monthly payroll. The team are constantly striving to improve and streamline processes with the prospects of implementing a new system aligned with the strategic goals.

It’s a fast pace, dynamic environment, and everyone works collaboratively to deliver the team goals. Your part to play will include:

* Ensuring all payroll-related business processes are delivered effectively, ie. such as starters, leavers, absences, etc.
* Manage administrative duties including statutory deductions such as Statutory Maternity Pay, Statutory Sick Pay, etc.
* Looking after T&A (Time and Attendance) records
* Acting as the first point of contact for first-line internal and external payroll queries, providing the highest standard of service
* Managing, prioritising and co-ordinating workload to ensure the most effective output
