How will you add value in your role?

* Lead 3 business critical teams - Delivery Team (PMs/BAs), Testing Team and Development Team.
* Support and help develop delivery function for Ann Summers to manage all Ann Summers delivery requirements.
* Review and agree the delivery framework for the portfolio of projects/CI – set put governance which drives collaboration and creates visibility of progress.
* Ensures that all workloads are clearly defined, scope agreed, documented and measurable for delivery.
* Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the Projects Delivery Framework to deliver appropriate governance for time, resource, and cost.
* Overseeing team workload to ensure that deliverables and the projects stay on track and to budget ensuring business goals are met.
* Work closely with other Project Managers and business partners, ensuring that cross functional projects are managed effectively.
* Takes full responsibility for the portfolio of work for the IT delivery team.
* Escalate when appropriate.
* Oversee and drive change management in association with each workstream, ensuring the workstream leads/product owners/functional leads are prepared for CAB meetings in good time for releases.
* Assesses delivery risks and issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and ‘customer’ satisfaction goals
* Agrees and defines project scope and objectives.
* Tracks, controls and reports all areas of portfolio and delivery - budget, spend and forecasts throughout the delivery lifecycles.
* Ensures that delivery meets quality and timeline expectations.
* Manages transition into support to ensure acceptable training, knowledge transfer and operational readiness is achieved.



We’re looking for candidates who have:

* Excellent knowledge of project methodologies, preferably a good working knowledge of both agile and waterfall
* Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and collaboration abilities at all levels
* Experience of working with software vendors/suppliers, software implementers and 3rd party support/development companies.
* Experience of contract review and negotiation
* Experience of PM tools
* Excellent resource management experience
* Educated to degree level or industry equivalent experience
* Experience of multi-channel retailers
