We are looking for an awesome individual who will excel in the role of PA to the joint MD’s. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our MD’s and be exceptional support to them, allowing them both to focus on the bigger stuff, both in business and personally too. You will learn so much in this role, get involved in some amazing things, support and advise truly inspirational woman.



So, what would you be doing?...



* Diary Management: Extensive diary management of Joint MD’s calendar for both business and personal appointments, as well as anticipating their day-to-day needs. Reactive/basic diary management for CMO.
* Administrative Support: Provide support including preparing presentations/reports, research, project/event support etc. Be the first point of contact for incoming correspondence into Joint MD’s inbox and manage any follow-up action taken. Manage effective filing systems for any important business information. Ensure this information is always kept up to date and accessible in an efficient way. Act as a sounding board and gatekeeper to Joint MD’s.
* Banking/Finance: Reconcile Joint MD Business credit cards each month & any additional expenses. Raise POs for any services and suppliers as directed by JMDs. Support line manager with the management of JMDs and Board cost centres.
* Travel: Manage Business & Personal trip bookings. Research upcoming trips and recommendations for JMDs in line with her personal and business budget.
* Ad hoc Project Management: Undertake specific business and personal projects for the business & execute to a high standard and to deadline.
* Professional Development: Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
