We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Merchandising team and we’re looking for someone who is PASSIONATE, ORGANISED, ANALYTICAL and EAGER TO LEARN. This is a fast-paced environment so it’s crucial that you’re self-motivated with a real ‘can-do’ attitude. This is a really varied role, ensuring that products appear in the right store or online, at the right time and in the right quantities.

What will I do…

* Support with Trade, reviewing channel performance and responding to trading patterns.
* Monitor and feedback on weekly stock requirements to achieve availability thresholds across online & direct selling to deliver sales budgets and forecasts across categories and key lines and sizes. Has a good understanding of current stock levels and reviews against performance.
* Challenge the allocations and availability for each channel and work with merchandising on optimising stock levels for all direct channels.
* Work with Logistics, Marketing and Channels to ensure intake is available and ready to launch on time across all channels. Ensures slippage or issues are communicated to all relevant parties in a timely manner, solving problems under Merchandiser guidance.
* Responsible for inputting markdown and promotional pricing on the system accurately and in a timely manner, and communicating these to the channels.
* Run sizing analysis for Web & Direct Selling, making recommendations to product teams to optimise sales across channels and keep markdown minimised. Understands customer size journey and availability.
* Report regularly against options, availability and conversion by category and end-use.
* Regular checks of the websites, ensuring all products are online, priced correctly and size availablity. Right products are in the right category. Which products should appear at the top of the page.
* Support and makes recommendations for Direct selling tools e.g. page-turner and kits, to ensure they are commercial and reflect a balanced view of the range.
* Support Central planning with setting up reports, roll-ups and analysis for seasonal planning and in-season trading, co-ordinating across the product teams.
