An opportunity has become available for someone incerdible to join the team as a Marketing Project Manager on a fixed term contract – this person will be responsible for leading the marketing projects from concept to delivery, co-ordinating all key elements to ensure a successful launch across every touch point. We’re looking for someone who is innovative and dynamic as well as strategic and forward thinking.

The role….

* Managing the marketing elements for all new product/service launches, ie. toy launch, packaging projects, new campaigns, etc.
* Developing a marketing plan for all projects, including the financial forecasting and planning
* Managing stakeholder relationships across all departments involved to ensure a smooth and effective launch
* Update the Marketing team on projects in flight and any changes they need to be aware of
* Presenting for sign off to ensure the project is reflective of the brand and in line with objective
* Working with the insight teams to ensure this data has been considered throughout
* Support the VM team in the successful implementation of store VM projects – delivery of in store POS, sign off of layout, VM comms, etc.
* Ensure a multi-channel approach with all projects that are delivered to maintain consistency and brand excellence

You will have….

* A true passion for the AS brand and what we stand for
* A proven track record gained in a Marketing role, ideally in the Retail sector
* Experience in managing marketing projects end to end, with full accountability for the delivery of all elements
* A solid understanding of marketing principles and the importance of these in delivering key projects
* Innovation and creative thinking, pushing the boundaries to strive for GREAT
* The ability to build strong relationships across several departments, partnering and influencing to work cohesively
* A strategic and organised approach to managing the critical path through to delivery
* Analytical thinking, considering all data and insight to get to the best result
* Exceptional attention to detail
