We are on the hunt for a talented CRM Executive to join the Ann Summers family - the role would be part of our Digital team, based at our head office in Whyteleafe, Surrey. You will own the day-to-day, hands-on execution of email marketing programs. This includes ownership of the setup, maintenance, and review of reoccurring and triggered email communications. You will maintain a current understanding of email marketing best practices and apply them to the execution of our email campaigns in collaboration with our trade and marketing teams.



The role….



* Own and execute the email plan; ensuring it remains up-to-date and meets both customer and commercial needs, at all times.
* Create and manage the set-up, scheduling, A/B testing and deployment of all BAU email campaigns through the ESP by using best practice in HTML & text.
* Work with the CRM Manager to help implement and improve lifecycle marketing campaigns, improving customer engagement and driving conversion.
* Line management of the CRM Assistant, mentoring and aiding development on a day to day and monthly review basis
* Own the insights and reporting behind all activity on a monthly, weekly and ad-hoc basis. Ensure the email plan is founded on making informed, relevant targeting decisions for every email being sent.
* A decent understanding of HTML to troubleshoot errors. Working in a mobile-first approach.
* Make strategic recommendations on the development and growth of our customer database.
* Run reports post-campaign to provide insight based on the results vs. forecast for the engagement of the emails, revenue and traffic generated and products bought vs promoted. Report weekly, monthly and quarterly on email campaign performance to our digital trade and senior management team.

* A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a CRM or Email Marketing role
* Evidence of achieving financial and customer acquisition/conversion targets for email/CRM marketing.
* Experience using one or more ESP is essential.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insight to drive change.
* Strong skill in using Excel, ie. macro, pivot tables, time-saving reports and processes.
* Experience using a CRM analytical tool, ie. FastStats, Power BI, etc.
* A collaborative approach to working with other departments across the business.
* Great communication and influencing skills.
* Impeccable attention to detail
* A proactive way of working with a hands-on work ethic.
* A positive style with a level of resilience when needed.
