Paddock Wood Distribution Centre, Kent, TN12 6UU

Shift: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

What will I be doing….

Supporting the Paddock Wood Operation by Ensuring all administration is up to date, including, Wholesale, Goods In and QC.

My key responsibilities are…

* Induction and Training of New Starters
* Administration for Inbound operation
* Administration for Wholesale Operation
* Administration for X-Dock Operation
* Administration for Supplier Compliance
* Administration for QC Operation
* Support the Bonded warehouse process
* Support in Health and Safety of Site
* Support in Opening and Closing of Site
* Report any Issues with System’s
* Support with staff performance and getting the best from the team

* Deliver a great customer experience, taking feedback and seeking to improve
* Deliver consistently high standards for the presentation of ideas and communicate in a business-friendly style and language
* Take an interest in industry developments and develop your knowledge
* Share customer insight/feedback with team members to better inform wider commercial business decisions

* Engage and support any new members of the team that are onboarding
