Accountable for the delivery of our Party Plan training, you’ll be responsible for providing our Ambassadors with the knowledge and tools they need to be the best they can be and build successful businesses.

The role:

* Delivery of all Party Plan sales training, as well as any supplementary learning that enables the sisterhood to successfully build their businesses
* Measure and report on KPI performance, aligning output to the training solutions that have been put in place
* Analyse data and gather feedback to identify the learning gaps and what the opportunities are
* Hosting both live and pre-recorded training sessions across Facebook, Zoom, Teams and other digital platforms
* Engage, inspire and influence the Ambassadors through robust training solutions, capturing all levels, throughout different stages of their PP journey
* Ensure ongoing leader development; coaching, supporting and upskilling
* Create and deliver content for Party Plan events in line with the vision and objectives
* Provide technical training to support the Ambassadors with the tools, resources and software that enables them to manage and build their businesses
* Take a critical role in delivering training solutions for all future projects including selling, sponsoring (recruitment), upskilling and development activity
* Support in carving out the structure and content of activity that will enhance the Leaders’ opportunity to grow their teams
* Carve out training that focuses on the career plan, expectations and behaviours, ensuring all Leaders have a thorough understanding of this proposition and how to inspire others in these areas

* Expertise in delivering engaging training, both live and pre-recorded

* Strong social media experience and an active presence
