Our Retail channel has delivered some exceptional results when our stores have been open to trade, and Party Plan has wowed us with their growth, commercial success and sheer drive to achieve new heights.

Our Channel Operations team straddles both sales channels, providing support, tools and communication for Retail and Party Plan to be the best they can be. A very exciting, brand new role has been created in this team, and this focuses on the co-ordination and support of the social platforms that our Party Plan Ambassadors operate on. The mission is to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms, enabling our Ambassadors to stay in the know with all business communication and activity.

The role….

* Admitting new members into the social media groups and providing any ‘help’ support to current members
* Ensure member compliance in line with business guidelines
* Developing and delivering an overall content calendar in line with strategy and activity calendar
* Promoting the training calendar
* Sharing business/marketing information in line with other communication releases
* Scheduling and approval of posts
* Engaging with all comments and interactive activity
* Scheduling and announcing Facebook Live events and guest appearances
* Identifying and capitalising on opportunities to drive further engagement/sales
* Measuring and reporting on engagement weekly

You will have….

* A keen interest in the Ann Summers brand and our ethos
* Previous experience in an administrative or support role
* A social savvy approach with a great understanding of social platforms and how to get the best from them
* Natural flair in organising and planning, able to co-ordinate multiple activities at once
* Impeccable attention to detail
* A collaborative approach, with a positive attitude
* A proactive way of working and a hands-on work ethic
* Great communication skills, able to build successful working relationships
