We’re on the hunt for someone who is passionate, driven and super organised, to join the Ann Summers family as a Marketing Trade Planning Assistant. This role is critical in the delivery of key marketing activity, taking ownership of the business wide activity planner and co-ordinating all the core elements to support the smooth running of projects.

The role….

* Support the wider Marketing team to deliver the communication planning process, prioritising all core activity
* Ensure the activity planner remains up to date and any key information is cascaded across the relevant business-wide teams
* Develop excellent stakeholder relationships and maintain strong communication across departments
* Work with the Marketing team, and wider business to identify any areas of opportunity for marketing activity
* Support in prioritising work with internal teams, keeping them informed and up to date at all times
* Work with teams across the business to gather data and report to relevant senior management and stakeholders
* Attend key meetings as a voice for the Marketing team, ensuring all activity is communicated and any plans are updated accordingly
* Stay up to date with competitor and industry activity and feeding this insight back into the team
* Provide additional planning and admin support to both the Marketing and Creative management where required

You will have….

* A keen interest in developing a career in Marketing
* Previous experience in marketing or planning is a bonus, but not essential
* Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at once
* Impeccable attention to detail
* A collaborative approach, working cross-functionally to achieve a great result
* Great communication and influencing skills, able to build relationships with colleagues and management at all levels
* Natural flair in organising and planning, able to co-ordinate multiple activities or projects at once
* A proactive way of working with a hands-on work ethic
* A positive style with a level of resilience when needed
