Senior Campaign and Content Marketing Executive

Summary of Key Activities:


* Assist with and enable all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and revenue, delivering to business and marketing objectives.
* Integration of content programs with brand campaigns and product launches
* Collaborate across functions to deliver against an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business and marketing objectives in the most efficient way.
* Maintaining the editorial calendar and the relevant section of the campaign toolkits. Develop organisation workflows and processes to create efficiencies in delivery and communication of content objectives.
* Maintaining relationships with agencies and managing their output, ensuring the project’s progress and meet deadlines.
* Liaising with internal resources to obtain and deliver content and/or product to external agencies so they can fulfil their brief.
* Arranging, attending and coordinating both internal and external meetings to accommodate content initiatives and optimised provision of assets.
* Building and developing the reporting process, evolving the optimisation of content and measuring the performance in response to learning and insights.
* Working with the Snr. Campaign Marketing Manager to ensure that all content is aligned to the overarching campaign idea, that social assets generated are adapted for the Party Plan channel
* Manage a campaign content calendar to ensure alignment with agencies and CRM team
* Managing the weekly campaign status report for content and social stakeholders
* Responsible for managing the 2019 – 2020 content budget
* Educating external stakeholders and agencies how to use the campaign toolkits to ensure seamlessness of comms
* If promotional activity is run on social media, prize winner management and prize fulfilment will be required
* Writing terms and conditions for any promotions run on social media
* Writing evaluations of all activity including key learnings and recommendations to maximise success for future activity

Ideal but not priority:

* Hands on experience in producing content for all channels and growing an audience/driving conversion.

Out of core scope but may be required:

* Responding to PR and Press requirements

Experience and skills required:

* At least 3 years experience in delivering optimised content for a brand.
* Thorough understanding and knowledge of SEO and its role in content optimisation.
* Knowledge and experience in delivering all forms of content, in order of priority: copy; images; video, as well as other asset types.
* Experience in the application of a content marketing strategy and the principles that make it effective.
* Knowledge of how to apply ToV and Brand Style to create a consistent customer content journey and increase brand recognition and awareness.
* Understanding the best practices of the main social media channels as well as which content and approaches work on each and why.
* Able to generate insight driven creative briefs for social and content and manage the briefing and optimisation of creative assets for content
* A brand publisher mind set
* Experience with Google Analytics
