Head of Customer Marketing

We are looking for a Head of Customer Marketing with high levels of energy and passion for all things Ann Summers:

Summary of Key Activities:

* To be responsible for defining, developing and owning the voice of the Customer across all owned and non- owned channels for Ann Summers.
* To proactively seek out new opportunities to continually improve and advance our Digital First, Brand and Customer proposition across all channels.
* Alongside the key stakeholders, define the brand, creative strategy and season appropriate campaign briefs, leading and inspiring the Creative to ensure alignment across all touchpoints
* Commission, cascade and implement consumer insights to help inform Brand development.
* Educate and empower internal stakeholders to embed putting our customers at the heart of our decision making.
* Working with the different teams across the business develop and implement an industry-appropriate customer acquisition and content Strategy that ensures we are attracting valuable customers.
* Recruit, develop, review, reward and retain a highly qualified team.
* Own the Seasonal campaign and product launch calendar from creation through to execution and reporting stages.
* Develop an in house, editorial content team who demonstrate agile brand appropriate thinking across all communications channels (including but not limited to social, PR, content, influencers, CRM, CSR and internal)
* Own the monthly customer reporting dashboard reporting reach, engagement and key data.
* Oversee all departmental budget spend and media investment opportunities.
* Ensure alignment across the group for all channels (Retail, ecomm, Party)
