How does this role supports our vision:
Delivering support, operational directives and ‘right first time’ communications to the Party Plan Field, the Party Plan Head Office Team and stakeholders. Enabling the Party Plan Channel and Leadership Team to deliver their commercial objectives.

Summary of Key Activities:

* Support the Party Plan Director and Managers with delivery of Party Plan strategy and channel projects in line with the wider Company Strategy, ensuring that the Party Plan channel is considered in every trading discussion across the Business and is continuously striving to deliver sales and meet its profit target.
* Delivery and management of the Party Plan marketing strategy and design briefs, working closely with the Merchandising and Design teams to ensure the field have sufficient social collateral to promote and support upcoming activity, offers and promotions to their customer base.
* Supporting the delivery of annual and/or regional events and conferences alongside the Party Plan Managers within budget and timeframes, including the arrangement of contracts, purchase orders, product deliveries and recognition prizes for the Ambassadors where appropriate.
* Management of the P&Ls in accordance with the Party Plan Budget, including all event budgets, delivering cost savings where appropriate and looking for opportunities to be more efficient. Also responsible for raising and receipting purchase orders and coding invoices where necessary.
* Delivery and maintenance of the Party Portal, the Party Plan Activity Planner (promotional schedule) and Communication plan ensuring all communication is on brand, timely and effective.
* Involvement in Party Plan Catalogue critical path to support the successful delivery of each Catalogue throughout the year.
* Management of Party Plan helpdesk via telephone and email within 24 hour SLA.
* Coordinating any people activity and/or issues within the field ensuring that the correct parties are informed and communicated to accordingly.
* Working closely with external suppliers and internal stakeholders including Customer Services to drive efficiencies and levels of service within the Party Plan channel.
* Carrying out all routine Party Plan administration tasks in a timely and accurate way, taking on ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the Party Plan team and regularly streamlining to make them the most efficient.
