National Business & Development Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated, results driven superstar to join our team in the UK & Ireland. In this role you will be driven for success and results through achieving targets to share our mission with more women around the UK & Ireland. You will be a natural networker who adores meeting new and (exciting) maybe passionate / interesting or driven people and realising their potential.

You will achieve success through building solid and trusted relationships with our existing Leaders and Ambassadors to support their business growth and develop key regions of opportunity together. You will also identify untapped areas of growth and opportunity success will be easily measured through our channel KPI’s.

How does this Role support fulfilling Our Vision: Through strong commercial acumen, leadership, industry knowledge and by managing key stakeholder relationships, this role supports the Head of Party Plan to translate and achieve the sales and strategy plan for the party channel.

Summary of Key Activities:
* Continually drive performance improvements and input into the channel strategy and work with the relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery of the plan
* Be involved in strategic projects that effect the future of the party plan channel, including the development of our social selling strategy to ensure commercial opportunities are immediately optimised
* Be accountable for the delivery of the channel sales and profit number through management of the trading calendar, ensuring that all reporting is analysed and the relevant actions are coordinated with the team
* Ensure that the Ann Summers strategy is translated with authority at field level to ensure maximum customer appeal. Attend the Regional Meetings and spend time with the teams in the field
* Be an expert in PP systems always seeking opportunities to refine and improve ways of working
* Encourage and coach our Regional Leaders to think with a more commercial mind-set, ensuring they live the Ann Summers values
* Work alongside the National Training Manager, to ensure the training strategy and activities are analysed, and support the overall commercial plans and party strategy delivery
* Work alongside our Customer Services department to drive efficiencies for our end party customer and field teams
* Utilise all head office stakeholder departments and relationships to achieve maximise performance for the channel
* Input into the channel budgeting with the Head of, be responsible for analysing your own costs, and the P/L costs of the department with the Party Plan Coordinator
* Be part of all the planning, execution and attend all company and channel events, with the capability to deliver at board level and, where needed, stand in for channel head

Qualifications:
* An entrepreneurial spirit – used to working independently and thriving on being accountable for results. Happy to get stuck in when needed.
* A self-starter – can set own agenda and programme and follow it.
* Previous experience in a field sales role (fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand would be considered a good ‘fit’)
* A rich CV of past roles and responsibilities including experience of working in a fast paced environment where you have actively driven results or recruitment – demonstrated success will be critical
* An articulate and inspiring communicator with strong presentation and networking skills
