We are looking for a Business Change Manager to be a leader and ambassador throughout the business for change and drive and encourage a different way of thinking, supporting the effective delivery of change to support the company vision and strategy.

Summary of Key Activities:

* Manage and support the Business Change team to deliver the company and department strategy
* Provide leadership to the Business Change function and develop a high performing team with a commercial and delivery focused culture, ensuring team members have clear objectives, personal development plans and clear role direction
* Implement and maintain a standard Business Change and Project Management methodology within Ann Summers, that enables agile, effective and successful delivery of change
* Ensure relevant standard documentation and reporting for projects is provided, such as Business Cases, Requirements, PID’s and RAID logs etc. to support project governance and delivery.
* Manage an overall portfolio of business change, including strategic, tactical, regulatory and small change programmes of work, from demand stage through to benefits realisation.
* Develop and maintain a Change Demand process, understanding the resource and budget impact, benefits, priority and business impact of proposed change.
* To manage the monthly Project Steering Executive Review process
* Managing effective change communication with the customer at working, management and senior level, implementing stakeholder management, ensuring that appropriate stakeholders are engaged and consulted in an appropriate fashion.
* Understand and facilitate the impact analysis of change and be able to assess change readiness
* Be an Ambassador throughout the business for change and drive and encourage a different way of thinking and be able to manage the transition of change in the business
* Be able to apply creative thinking by thinking outside of the box, finding new solutions and new ways of responding to challenges.
