UX Optimisation Lead

We are looking for a UX Optimisation Lead with high levels of energy and passion for all things Ann Summers:

Summary of Key Activities:

* Understand and balance customer insights and commercial targets to deliver business value through the application of user centred design for all digital channels
* Liaise between departments to ensure the website is a true reflection of brand identity at all times whilst being adapted to maximise online conversion
* Seek out and leverage usability tools to gain usability insights and conduct and run usability studies to improve user journeys and improve conversion
* Produce innovative UX designs (from concept to detailed design) to be deployed on multiple devices (Desktop, tablet, mobile) maintaining strong and consistent user focus, demonstrated through putting the user and their needs first. Mentor the web design team in this area.
* Work cross functionally across Ecommerce, Design and Marketing to deliver aligned cross channel campaigns being a key stakeholder from concept stage through to delivery
* Designing pages to be used for Split, A / B and Multi Variant Testing and work alongside our Optimisation 3rd Parties.
* Plan and Prioritise workload effectively to deliver site changes to schedule
* Fully Leverage the web Platform and all 3rd Party tools to their maximum
* Own the front end development Roadmap
* Define Digital Experience/ UX roadmaps both near or long term digital strategies for customers.
* Engage and Drive a customer lead approach across the business
