We are looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager from the retail world with high levels of energy and passion for all things Ann Summers:



Summary of Key Activities:



* To develop the strategic approach, both short and long-term, of the brand in line with corporate objectives.
* To ensure that all marketing plans and activities within the marketing mix are consistent with the business plan and its objectives, namely:

* Drive increased customer satisfaction
* Drive sales

* To execute all areas of the business marketing plan, working closely with and supporting channel leads to deliver an integrated approach from a customer-centric perspective.
* To support the business as the consumer ambassador across required strategic business initiatives.
* To deliver marketing plans to drive key product launches.
* To lead/project manage multi-channel campaigns from initial conception through to campaign evaluation.
* To manage the day to day activities of the marketing team and develop its colleagues.
* To foster excellent external relationships, acting as a brand ambassador at all times and collaborating closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure the effective and timely delivery of all activities.
* Keeping abreast of direct and indirect competitors and attending industry marketing events and seminars keep up to date with innovations and movements in the market place.
* Identify relevant potential third party relationships and develop these on an ongoing basis.11) To agree and manage the budget within the parameters agreed by the Marketing Director.12)
