We are looking for a Admin Assistant Merchandiser with high levels of energy and passion for all things Ann Summers:

How does this Role support fulfilling Our Vision: Maximise sales & Profit opportunities throughout all sales channels

at individual store level

Summary of Key Activities:

1) Produce accurate weekly analysis and review Branch and Department performance and interpret this

information to identify opportunities

2) Attend weekly line print meetings with the merch teams and execute actions

3) Plan and action initial allocations and manage stock efficiently throughout all sales channels

4) Working with the warehouse to ensure all launch dates are met, minimising costs where possible

5) Produce and analyse accurate daily, weekly and ad-hoc reports for the business as requested to

contribute to decision making that will maximise profit

6) Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the allocation strategy is delivered in an effective and

consistent manner

7) Forward plan for key trading events throughout the season, ensuring stock levels are reduced

appropriately after the event

8) Deputise for the Channel Allocation and Trading Manager and support the Channel Team

9) Stakeholder Communication - communicate effectively with all internal and external Stakeholders

Making sure you show awareness of the operational effect and impact of our decisions on other

areas of the business and communicate accordingly

10) Take responsibility for own development, learning through observing and effective communication with

the team

Key Skills:

- Proficient in excel

- Highly numerate

- Excellent Communication Skills – verbal, written and presentation

- Confident in making key decisions and ability to support the team during busy periods

- Produce and interpret analysis

- Good planning and organisational skills

- Ability to develop effective relationships across the business and with external suppliers
