We are looking for a Assistant Merchandiser with high levels of energy and passion for all things Ann Summers:

How does this Role support fulfilling Our Vision: Maximise sales & Profit opportunities throughout all sales channels at individual store level.



Summary of Key Activities:



* Review and analyse Branch and Department performance on a weekly basis, and then interpret this information to identify opportunities.



* Attend weekly line print meetings with the merch teams and execute actions



* Plan and action initial allocations and manage stock efficiently throughout all sales channels



* Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the allocation strategy is delivered in an effective and consistent manner



* Maintain and utilise all store grading and product targets



* Working with the warehouse to ensure all launch dates are met, minimising costs where possible



* Produce accurate daily, weekly and ad-hoc reports for the business as requested to contribute to decision making that will maximise profit



* Forward plan for key trading events throughout the season, ensuring stocks are reduced appropriately after the event



* Support the Channel Allocation and Trading Manager and Channel team



* Stakeholder Communication - communicate effectively with all internal and external Stakeholders



* Take responsibility for own development, learning through observing and effective communication with the team



* Meeting of the Company`s Values.



Key Skills:

* Numerate and analytical
