Team Leader – Part time
Up to £7.65 p/h (+ Benefits)

We are seeking an individual who believes in our values; someone who has the enthusiasm to drive our team; to unlock their potential and achieve their BEST.
You must be massively passionate about customer service and have experience working towards KPI targets such as ATV, SPV, FFC and UPT.
* A passion for the Ann Summers brand
* Experience of managing a FLAGSHIP store at Supervisor/Team Leader level
* Able to demonstrate results
* Experience of driving KPIs within a similar environment
* Focused on giving a high level of customer service
* Ability to motivate and inspire a team
Before joining the team you will be given 2 weeks training with one of our expert Academy Development Managers who will ensure that you will be able to delight our customers and achieve the best possible results.
