We have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Retail Marketing Manager to join our Ann Summers team. You will be accountable for flawless execution of our Marketing strategy and management of the Ann Summers brand ensuring a consistent and compelling customer experience across Retail Online and Party Plan.

You will be working closely with the Channel Heads for Retail Online and Party Plan our Creative and Visual Merchandising teams and our PR and Social team to deliver our marketing plans. You will have the opportunity to ensure that all messaging and activity is on brand is consistent and cohesive across our internal teams whilst ensuring that our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

On a day-to-day basis you will be accountable for the delivery of the multi-channel marketing plan responsible for managing our seasonal marketing campaigns from conception through to delivery all Retail and Party Plan marketing activity and key product launches. You will also be responsible for overseeing the coordination of all local marketing including store openings . Emphasis will be on retail; working closely with the Retail Visual Merchandising Manager you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience in store.

You will be expected to develop and nurture strong relationships acting as a brand ambassador externally and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective and timely delivery of all activities. You willneed to keep abreast of direct and indirect competitors and attend industry marketing events and seminars to keep up to date with innovations and movements in the market place.

This is an extremely broad role and will suit candidates who can multi-task exceptionally well and enjoy influencing multiple marketing outputs. The candidate who will be most successful in this role is one who is passionate about fashion and retail a creative thinker proactive and self-motivated to achieve results.

Summary of Key Activities



1 To maintain and deliver all aspects of the Annual Marketing Calendar.
2 To lead and deliver multi-channel Retail Online Party Plan marketing campaigns from initial conception development and execution through to campaign evaluation.

Key responsibilities to include

Develop and define campaign objectives and KPIs to compliment the Annual Marketing Calendar.Work alongside the Buying & Merchandising team to define the seasonal promotional plan and fit for the intended target customer.
Working closely with the Retail Visual Merchandising Manager enhance the in-store customer experience with appropriate POS development at each touchpoint. Execute in-store campaign collateral as required.
Work with the Content/Copy team to ensure all customer-facing messaging across each channel is relevant.
Alongside the Online team brief and develop all Online marketing requirements including landing pages content spots and campaign/brand-engaging tactics.
Develop marketing messages and content for the seasonal Party Plan catalogue.
Deliver all stakeholder communications including store RBM and internal.
To deliver cross-channel marketing plans to support key product launches.
Lead the Core Delivery Team to ensure all campaign activities and assets are delivered for execution in each channel on time in full and to budget.
Developing and implementing the retail marketing plan project managing regional and local marketing events and the store openings/closures program.
Identify relevant potential third party relationships and proactively develop new Brand partnerships for marketing collaborations.
Budget management.

Desired Skills and Experience

Background in fashion and lifestyle brands retail marketing experience is a must.
Delivery focused with a strong ability to multitask organise and prioritise.
Results driven with the ability to analyse business performance and interpret results to help improve future marketing activity.
POS and Merchandising experience
Excellent people skills with the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level.
